We build accessibility into the product, help center, safety resources, legal pages, and support experience.
Our approach
- Use semantic page structure, readable contrast, keyboard-friendly controls, and responsive layouts.
- Keep help, safety, legal, and account deletion content available outside the app.
- Improve accessibility as product surfaces, languages, and support workflows expand.
Known limitations
- Some app-specific flows may depend on the accessibility support of iOS, Android, App Store, and Google Play.
- Some generated or third-party content may not be fully controlled by SameHive.
- Third-party support and service providers are evaluated against SameHive accessibility requirements.
